2024-25 ANNUAL DUES
You should have received your Annual Dues payment coupons by now. If you haven't received yours yet, please contact Jamie June at KMC.
The Annual assessment of $900.00 can be paid annually or semiannually. Semi-Annual Due dates are May 1 ($450.00) and November 1 ($450.00). (The unequal semi-annual payment amounts approved at the Annual Meeting proved unworkable because KMC's vendor could not produce the necessary payment coupons.)
To avoid late fees, payments should be received at the KMC office within 30 days of the due date.

Regular Hours of Operation: May 25 through August 4 Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Sunday 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Tuesday 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Wednesday 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Thursday 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Friday 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

SWIM TEAM
The pool will be closed on the following dates and times for a home swim meet:
- June 4 from 3:30 PM to 8:30 PM
- June 18 from 3:30 PM to 8:30 PM
- June 20 from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM

POOL AND COURTS ACCESS FOBS
A key fob is required to access the pool and court gate. The key fob which was given to each family in 2019 is still valid.
There is only one (1) key fob per household. If you need a key fob contact Bill Bubenzer, Communications Director via email: wsinc3535@gmail.com (If your fob is lost or stolen there will be a $25.00 charge for a replacement key fob). Please make your check payable to:

The Woodland Springs Garage Sale is scheduled for Thursday May 30 - June 1. The hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM each day.

WOODLAND SPRINGS BOOK CLUB
The Book Club is open to all Woodland Springs residents.
The book club meets at the clubhouse on the 2nd Tuesday of each month. Meetings begin promptly at 7:00 pm. Books can cover any genre, though it has been requested that we avoid science fiction and horror.
Please bring any titles/author suggestions to our meetings so we can fill in the calendar.
Please check the Nextdoor WS Book Club Group page as we will post any supplemental material available, such as links to author interviews, questions, and publisher promotional packets.
CALENDAR NOTE - there will be no book club in JUNE due to swim team activities.

PAGE FAMILY FIREWORKS
A NOTE FROM THE PAGE FAMILY...
We are planning to shoot our Fireworks on Saturday, July 6th. Sunset is predicted to be at 9:15 pm. We usually start shooting between 9:30pm-9:45pm, once it gets dark enough.
The hill west of the Woodland Springs Clubhouse is a common gathering place to watch our fireworks if you want a sense of community and togetherness.
*IMPORTANT NOTE: the Woodland Springs (north) big island will be off limits from Wednesday, July 3rd until Tuesday, July 9th. It simply isn’t going to be safe during that time and we want everyone to enjoy the weekend while staying free from danger.

REMINDER: LAKE WOODLAND IS A “SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK” LAKE. THE WATER QUALITY IS NOT ROUTINELY TESTED FOR BACTERIAL OR ENVIRONMENTAL CONTENT, ETC.
BUOY MARKERS WILL BE PLACED OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE LAKE WHEN IT IS NOT SAFE TO SWIM IN THE LAKE, DRINK LAKE WATER, FISH, OR WATER YOUR LAWNS. THIS WILL NORMALLY FOLLOW LAKE TREATMENT. PLEASE CHECK THIS WEBSITE OR CONTACT KIRKPATRICK MANAGEMENT COMPANY FOR THE LATEST INFORMATION .

ARCHITECTURAL CHANGES
Recognizing that we're all busy, the Woodland Springs Board of Directors has tried to make the Architectural Change Request Process as efficient as possible.
To make it easier, we have provided guidance and an online request form.
The intention of this review/approval is not to discourage or prevent residents from making improvements. On the contrary, we love improvements.
As an HOA, our interest is to protect and increase property values. Part of the Board of Directors' fiduciary responsibility is to ensure the guidelines outlined within the Covenants of 2011 are followed.
