Information packages have been mailed out. You should have received yours by now. If you haven't, or you misplaced your packet, you can download a copy from our website.

It is your responsibility to notify KMC of any mailing address changes.

 

PROXY FORM

Are you unable to attend the Annual Meeting? Please take a moment to complete a proxy form.


You can assign your vote to another homeowner (in good standing) or assign it to the HOA President.

NOMINATION FORM

Would you, or a homeowner you know, be interested in serving on the Woodland Springs Inc. Board of Directors?


A nomination form was included in your mailed Annual Meeting packet, or you can download one from our website.


Woodland Springs Inc. Bylaws:

If any Director is absent for three (3) consecutive regularly scheduled Board meetings, or a total of five (5) in any 12 month period of time, such Director’s absences shall be deemed to create a vacancy on the Board of Directors.
