Homeowners are asked to join meetings at 6:55 PM so that the meeting can begin promptly at 7:00 P.M.

WOODLAND SPRINGS PRESCHOOL PLAY DATE
When: Thursday, March 21st, 9:30 am to 11:00 am Where: Woodland Springs Clubhouse What: Bring your own coffee or tea and meet neighborhood moms as your children do “Under the Sea” activities.
Accompany your child as they do a painting activity, try out a sensory bin, play with sea dough, listen to a book, explore sea creatures and make their own snack.

WOODLAND SPRINGS BOOK CLUB
If you are interested in the Woodland Springs Book Club, please take our brief survey.
- This group is for those who enjoy reading and discussing a range of genres.
- Members will choose a book for the group to discuss. An author overview will be provided by a member of the group.
- Reader discussion questions and links to available author interviews will be provided for those who wish to access them.
- Book club information including slated books, questions, author interviews etc. will be available on the WS Book Club page on Nextdoor.
- The Book Club plans on meeting at the Woodland Springs Clubhouse.

2024-25 ANNUAL DUES
The Annual Dues amount for 2024-25 is $900.00. - Annual dues can be paid in full by May 1 or Semi-Annually.
- The members approved semi-annual payments of $540.00 (or 60%) payment due May 1 and a $360.00 (or 40%) payment due November 1.
- Late fees will be applied in accordance with Woodland Springs, Inc Covenants for annual, semi-annual or other payments scheduled.
- The 2024-25 Lake Dues to Woodlands South homeowners is $300 per property ($3,600 in total)

LAWN CARE AND FERTILIZER
There is increasing interest in maintaining a healthy lawn using environmentally friendly practices.

ARCHITECTURAL CHANGES
Recognizing that we're all busy, the Woodland Springs Board of Directors has tried to make the Architectural Change Request Process as efficient as possible.
To make it easier, we have provided guidance and an online request form.
The intention of this review/approval is not to discourage or prevent residents from making improvements. On the contrary, we love improvements.
As an HOA, our interest is to protect and increase property values. Part of the Board of Directors' fiduciary responsibility is to ensure the guidelines outlined within the Covenants of 2011 are followed.
