The Annual Dues amount for 2024-25 is $900.00.- Annual dues can be paid in full by May 1 or Semi-Annually.
- The members approved semi-annual payments of $540.00 (or 60%) payment due May 1 and a $360.00 (or 40%) payment due November 1.
- Late fees will be applied in accordance with Woodland Springs, Inc Covenants for annual, semi-annual or other payments scheduled.
- The 2024-25 Lake Dues to Woodlands South homeowners is $300 per property ($3,600 in total)
