Rebuilding from Love
My heart's been heavy since Hurricane Helene with all the loss and suffering. I feel so much gratitude for the safety of myself and those I love. Gratitude begins the healing process, turning my attention away from suffering and toward Spirit.
The world is Transforming. And when I go in my heart I see how this crisis brings us together in community. People are reaching out to help, in donations, prayers, and hands on volunteers.
In a space of survival, we're forced to see our commonalities instead of differences. To turn our energy and open our hearts to those in need. Everything else seems unimportant. It's a wake up to lift in consciousness and move from fear to Love. To come together and Rebuild, knowing it won’t be the same, but to rebuild anyway, together in hope and harmony. We're not just rebuilding homes and towns but rebuilding a sense of community with an energy of renewal, a fresh start!
3 reminders Spirit gave me: 1. Realizing everything is temporary except the Love we have for each other. 2. Realizing to not take for granted any moment, but be present and grateful for Now. 3. Realizing that taking action in service, in love and compassion will bring people together to begin to change the world, to heal the world.
Life is Miraculous. Our human body's will to survive, and the Soul filled with strength, courage and love is ever present! Please reach out if you're suffering, sending healing to ALL.
