Happy May! What are you excited about this month? Excitement generates energy that draws your desire into manifestation! If you've got a desire or goal, get excited about it! Even if you have no idea how or when you’ll accomplish it, it all starts with Energy.
Your energy sets the foundation for all the details to fall into place.
Instead of trying to figure it out in your head, which most of us do, go to your heart first. When you're in your heart, you're not focused on all the fears and doubts in your mind. This opens you up to receiving.
Put your hand on your heart, breathe, think about your desire already manifest and feel the excitement, the gratitude well up from within you. Breathe into that excitement, feel it fill your body and say, thank you. My challenge to you, take 2 minutes to feel excited everyday this month. Let it awaken your heart, your desire. Believe it's here, know it's here, and Manifest it!
