I don’t think anyone would argue, we live in stressful times! And as we wait and hope for the world to get better, we can also take control of our inner world and heal that within ourselves that's not so peaceful.
This is the time to find your connection to Spirit, your own peace of mind, and let it manifest in your world. The inner creates the outer.
I’m in awe when I go deep in meditation, get out of my head, and feel Spirit. It feels like love washing over me, enveloping me in a giant hug! I breathe into this space- it’s freeing, loving, and healing. These moments are a reminder that we can come back to center- to the Divine within, and let go. Let go of the shouldas and couldas, worries and fears.
As you practice meditation, you’ll find that strength of your Spirit, and instead of being swept away by the constant instability of the times, you'll be able to keep your own peace.
Take a moment, close your eyes and say: I ask to feel Divine love wash over me now. I breathe in this love and breathe out anything that’s not love. Feel that divine love fill your heart and mind, cleanse your body as you breathe it in.
Start now, make space in your calendar for 15 minutes everyday to meditate. Allow yourself this time to connect to Spirit, breathe in divine love and ask for healing, peace, guidance, or whatever you need. Just 15min will change your life!
